Returns & Exchanges 退款與退換
Unfortunately we currently do not have a refund or exchange policy for any purchased products in its original condition.

我們暫不為已購買之原裝商品提供任何退換服務。

Exchanges 退換 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@freedomtattoo.hk within 7 workings days after delivery with your purchase information and send your item to: Rm B3A, 10/F, Luen Ming Hing Factory Building, 36 Mok Cheong Street, To Kwa Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

我們只予以退換有損毀之商品。如您需要退換同一款商品，請將購買資料於收貨後7個工作日內電郵至info@freedomtattoo.hk並將該商品自行按排寄回至香港九龍土瓜灣木廠街36號聯明興工業大廈10樓B3A室。

Shipping 運費與按排
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we will not be responsible for non received items. 

要退換商品您需負責支付該商品的退回用費。您應該考慮使用可追踪的快運服務或購買運輸保險，我們不能保證為未收到的商品負責。
